FIRST & HIGHER CERTIFICATE EXAMINATION IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION (PRIVATE), MARCH 2018
It is hereby notified that the First Year Examination (Private) and Higher Certificate Examination (Private) in Physical Education (Revised Scheme) for the candidates undergone the two year course at Govt. College for Physical Education, Kozhikode will commence on 07/03/2018 as per the time table given in the notification.
Admission to the examination will be open to those who have undergone the prescribed course study in the revised scheme introduced from 1979-80 in the College of Physical Education, Kozhikode and who have put in not less that 85% of attendance during the academic year. Deficiency if any, in attendance should be got condoned by the competent authority before the commencement of the Examination.
Only the candidates who have once appeared for examination are eligible for compartmental appearance. Such candidates shall remit the examination fee at the rate of Rs, 20/- (Rs. Twenty Only) per subject. - More Details -Click here

Candidates who have passed the 1st and 2nd year examination are liable to be
declared to have passed the Higher Certificate Examination if satisfies the following conditions.
i. The candidate must secure at least 40% aggregate marks in theory with separate minimum of 30% in each paper and should secure at least 50% of marks for Part II and Part III of Practical Examination.
ii. A candidate will be declared to have passed in third Class, Second Class, First
Class and with distinction in accordance with the marks obtained by the candidate as indicated below:
Third Class : Pass in all three papers
Second Class : 50% and above but below 60%
First Class : 60% and above but below 75%
Distinction : 75% and above
